Consistency is key

A tip to remain consistent

After not writing one of these for over a month, I figured it was time to get back at it.

Moving forward, these will serve as journal entries for myself, hopefully sharing helpful tips or ideas I picked up that week.

No more poems, guided meditations or book recommendations - though, they may appear sporadically.

Something I noticed as I dropped off with these newsletters and took on other projects, is consistency.

Not being consistent for consistency’s sake, but rather, being consistent because of what it makes of you. How it moulds you and prepares you for the fruits.

We all have fruits or dreams we would like to accomplish in this life. But if we are not consistent in our efforts, then they will remain in dream form.

And you may ask yourself, how can I be consistent when I’m busy, preoccupied or struggling with a million things?

Here’s what worked for me.. And continues to work for me as I grow. 30 seconds to 30 minutes of silence every morning.

Before you leave the house or open your laptop in the morning, sit with your eyes closed for 30 seconds to 30 minutes. Focus your eyes between your eyebrows and just breathe.

You may find something extraordinary that is in the heart of all your wildest dreams. You may find that ease, joy and happiness you’re looking for in something outside of you.

Give it a shot!

Have a great week,

Findlay
