🌀 Developing your Throat Chakra

Many of us have heard of the chakras before. We may believe in them, or not believe in them and some of us may even have had experience with them. Nevertheless, here’s why you should consider developing your Throat Chakra.

In my experience, developing the Throat Chakra give clarity to your thoughts, emotions and actions.

It gives authenticity to your expression and fearlessness when expressing.

The throat is like the gateway between the divine and the physical world.

So bringing through thoughts and emotions that align with your highest self, and translating them through human words to communicate on this plane, is it’s purpose.

But many of us know how challenging it can be to express ourselves from that place authentically.

Because when most of us are acting authentically, it is so far out from the way others act. And so it can be intimidating for us to stretch ourselves in that way.

If you’d like to develop your Throat Chakra - try this:

When you breathe, imagine breathing in and out through your throat. As if the air is coming in and going out of the front of your neck.

It might sound strange, but it can really work wonders.

On top of that, finding a creative outlet can help.

Also, when you speak, notice where the sound reverberations are coming from in your physical body. See if you can centre them in your throat for a moment and see what you notice.
